I’ve raw fed Hugo and Millar for years, and when little Sadie arrived she was being fed a hybrid diet of puppy kibble and pet mince.

I planned to slowly transition her to full raw but quickly realised she was allergic to certain foods and puppy kibble (almost always chicken based) was not helping!

She had gastric upsets, dull and brittle fur, and flaky and itchy skin! She wasn’t gaining weight and was really quite sick.

I made the decision to “wing it” and offer her Big Dog Turkey without a slow transition!

Well, 12 hours later she did her first formed poo! She wolfed the raw food down and we haven’t looked back!

Sadie has been meeting her growing targets, is full of energy, and never turns down a meal! She also really loves Big Dog goat and the Big Dog probiotic range!

About 10 days after changing her diet, her coat started to look shinier and healthier, and her skin stopped flaking! She stopped scratching and her eyes stopped leaking.
