Production Staff

Based in Narangba, North Brisbane, we are currently recruiting for Production Staff.

Initially employed on a casual basis your ability to demonstrate your reliability and hard work will quickly see you move into full-time employment.

About the Production Roles:

• Working within a fast-paced production line.
• Operate equipment and machinery.
• Complete appropriate QA paperwork.
• Maintain regular housekeeping of factory.

Current production shifts vary between the hours of 5:00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

As a Production Worker, you'll be a key player in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring automated machines.
• Batching and mixing ingredients.
• Packaging and labelling finished products.
• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

About You:

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Experience with batching, mixing, and automated machinery preferred.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 5am-5pm, Monday-Friday. 
• Previous experience with cold environments highly regarded.
