Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The ‘Promoter’ of this competition is Big Dog Pet Foods.
3. This is a one-off promotion with 5 winners chosen by Big Dog Pet Foods.
4. For an entry to be valid and considered for a prize the entrant must fully complete the Big Dog Pet Foods feedback survey and answer the question ‘please tell us what you believe it means to be a responsible pet parent’, by March 16, 2023.
5. For an entry to be valid and considered for a prize the entrant must be an Australian resident.
6. The winner will be notified by email on March 20, 2023. The winner must respond to the offer of their prize within 48 hrs (2 days) to be eligible to claim their prize. If the winner has not claimed their prize within 48 hours of contact the Promoter has the right to consider another recipient for the prize.
7. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and address) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
9. Directors and employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
11. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
12. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
13. If any part of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
14. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
15. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
16. The personal information required by the Promoter for the purpose of contacting each winner is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. The Promoter will not disclose this information to other parties in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, other than to notify prize sponsors and suppliers that are required to directly contact and liaise with prize winner in relation to the redemption of their prize.
