Thanks so much for the T-Shirts you sent to us last week, they are great and will be worn with pride. Also we would like to say how much we like Big Dog Products.
Around March this year we brought one of every supplement to use on our team of race dogs. Tim is 16 years of age and trains all our race dogs.
Tim likes to do things his own way and with something new to try he bought one of each Big Dog Supplements, which have the best ingredients and are very reasonably priced. Within weeks of using Big Dog Products the dogs looked much more superior and eager.

With the Big Dog company putting a lot of time and money into the sponsorship of Greyhound Racing all over Australia we decided to give their products a try. So we changed to Big Dog supplements about three months ago. With the cost of training greyhounds rising dramatically, finding a good range of supplements at a very competitive price is money in my pocket.
Feeding the right amount of vitamins and nutrients plays a huge part in not only how a dog performs but also its consistency over a long racing period. So to use a range of supplements that covers all the nutrients to not only help them race well but look and feel great is a big part of our training program.

ONE month before the running of the Group 2 Ladies Bracelet series at Wentworth Park, 16-year-old greyhound trainer Tim Caines decided his bitch Miss Beeslee needed a change.
He turned to BIG DOG Racing Supplements and started using Big Dog Supercell, Big Dog Vitamin E, Big Dog Electrolytes and Big Dog Methoinine DL.
It worked wonders on pint-sized Miss Beeslee who led throughout to win the Ladies Bracelet to give Tim and his mum Pam the biggest success in a lifetime in greyhound racing. And in the process they downed Queensland champ Queen Lauryn who only a week earlier had smashed the Wentworth Park track record.
"While Queen Lauryn was unlucky, Miss Beeslee still won the final and won it in fast time," said a proud Pam.
"That bitch really improved in the month from the time Tim put her onto the Big Dog products to the win in the Ladies Bracelet."
Tim is a year 11 student at Airds High School near Campbelltown. He's had a handler's license for a couple of years and while Miss Beeslee is in his mum's name as trainer, Pam is the first to admit Tim is the trainer. And he's had a two year love affair with Miss Beeslee a bitch he picked out at birth as one he wanted to have as his own.
Pam whelped the Collision-She Sprant litter and Tim took the brindle bitch.
"They are only apart when Tim goes to school," said Pam. "Miss Beeslee just loves Tim to bits." The Ladies Bracelet victory was a real family affair. Tim's sister Danielle, one of six kids in the Caines family, gave up her birthday celebrations to be at Wenty to cheer on her brother and his dog. Tim "couldn't believe it" when Miss Beeslee won the Group 2 race. BIG DOG PET FOODS could. And they are happy to have been part of such a wonderful success story.

We have been using "Big Dog Racing Supplements" for approximately six months now. We used the supplements on three young dogs just commencing racing work. All three greyhounds won first up, two in the "best of the night" times, and they continue to race consistently well, as they advance through the grades.

I've had all my dogs exclusively on "Big Dog Racing Supplements" for the past three months. There is no doubt I have seen a big improvement in them. That especially means "Black Monty" (recent winner of the Ipswich Young Guns and Derby runner-up). Black Monty has always been a good pup but went off for a while. When I introduced the "Big Dog" supplements to him he has really come back to his best.
I'm very happy with the "Vitamin E with Selenium". It also contains other anti-oxidants derived from vegetable concentrate. It's a natural product and well priced.
The "Electrolytes" are not just an electrolyte mix but contain Glutamine and Methionine. I was feeding Glutamine separately but seeing it is already in the "Big Dog Electrolyte" supplement I don't need to feed it now. This is cost effective and easier for feeding.

In June, 2008 I chanced upon “Big Dog Pet Foods” and its range of supplements and oils after exploring the internet for omega oils for my team of Alaskan Malamute Sled Dogs.
After a lengthy conversation I purchased a 5 litre container of Front Runner Omega Oil and was provided with a sample of the Big Dog Electrolyte supplement. Caution and skepticism had to play an important part in any decision I made to change over to Big Dog Products. Not only had I been using an existing product, and its range for about three years, but I was also running two yearlings for the first time – management of their growth profile, diet etc are paramount to ensuring that nothing is compromised.
The reaction of my dogs to the oils included in their diet was as follows:
- bowls completely polished, in every sense of the word;
- tongues feverishly licking their mouths to ensure every scrap was ingested;
- absolutely no adverse internal effect from changing from one omega oil supplement to Big Dog Front Runner.

- Canberra Sled Dog Club National Championships – 6th place overall 1 Dog Class and fastest Malamute Team;
- Third Place achieved in ASSA (Australian Sleddog Sports Association) Victorian pointscore in both 1 Dog and 2 Dog class.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Big Dog Pet Food products to anyone that may be considering supplements for their canine athletes. The reaction of the dogs to the products is enough of a justification for me to continue with the range.
